Bugged out, need a GM to move my character

Not seeing a bug thread or section so posting in here. GF made a ninja on my account yesterday and after I disconnected during a pegasus ride she now crashes at 64% when loading in from character screen. I can log any other chars on my account just fine, not the ninja. I just returned to tera and have a buddy-up active on that character and am not sure if I would still be eligible to use a buddy-up if the character was remade, so I do not want to delete it and risk losing buddy-up. Simply just need a GM to move her back to stepstone or forward her to velika to fix being stuck in limbo.

    You should send a ticket to customer support as i doubt the big guys with those powers actually read the forums.

    Current ticket response time is hovering around 7 days. I'm going on Day 9 waiting on a response for me support ticket, though, so who knows. Maybe you'll get a GM who takes notice.

    The ticket response as Anjon said, right now they are very long, i doubt anyone on here besides Spacecats or Treeshark and explain why, your best bet is to wait out the ticket response or pray an admin will notice this thread.

    If it were me, i'd just get rid of the character and lvl another one from scratch, lvling is not a hard thing to do in this game. But that's just what i'd do and my opinion on this matter.

    Hope you'll get your issue resolved.
  • with that info I went ahead and remade, because yeah it is not hard to level, but the annoying thing is now I have been back too long and no longer can toss a buddy-up on the recreated character...wanted the perks you get from that and such to make it quicker, but so much for that.

    You could make another account for your new character.
