Anyone else have their Elite subscription get deleted?

I know they are having trouble with their store, and I have submitted a ticket on this topic to support. But I was wondering if anyone else had their elite subscription lapse/delete over Sunday night? I think that what happened was that, while their store's system was acting up, my subscription's renewal came up and their system did not charge it so the subscription lapsed. Was wondering if anyone else has this happen to them?

    Besides this, if you still had the discounted rate from the sale a few years back, you can contact Support and they should be able to restore that too.

    But yeah, it was probably connected to all the other store troubles this past weekend.
  • Before I submitted a ticket, I checked into restoring my subscription by simply recreating it on the website without bothering support. Unfortunately, that would have cost me an additional $5/month. In the meantime, support has responded--they were unable to restore the subscription, but informed me that the discount I had was linked to my account and if I went to my account page and activated Elite from there the appropriate rate would be charged. It was, it did and the problem has now been resolved. Apparently I was the only unlucky soul among forum browsers to have my subscription come up for renewal during the "emergency maintenance".
