This is coming from a KTera player:

"Sorry to say, now priest is not good. Mystic better. It is sad but it is the truth"

Nothing new tbh. Also i dont even think Ktera players even do pvp.
And if y'all want the fastest clear possible, why isnt every DPS playing the flavor of the month ?
    Just play what you enjoy.

    Flavor of the Month

Happens to every class and it swaps around frequently. Just play whatever you want. If you're so worried about what other playes think then simply reroll a mystic. DPS and Tanks players do this all of the time. Hence the phrase, flavor of the month. It's also not entirely class based, these kinds of flavors also heavily rely on the current dungeons and their mechanics.

How about we just add a third healer that is COMPLETELY different from priest and mystics?!?! Yes?? :open_mouth:

Seriously though, even though I'm typically all about balance, Mystics went years being harassed and preferred/left out and yelled at........nice to hear they're sitting pretty right now.

OMG Yes! I've been wanting a new healing class for a while now. Something like a paladin-type class, where you are a DPS as well as a healer. That would be really cool. ^^

SPREADSHEET HERE PLEASE NOTE the values given for healing is what the TOOLTIPS READ. They are the BASE healing power of the skill being used BEFORE healing modifiers from gear have been applied.

I didn't go over every skill the classes offer but I got most of them on that spreadsheet which shows you the huge differences each class has. APriests currently excel in parties that require A LOT of healing and damage absorption. Mystics excel when the party doesn't require that much healing because they offer way more party damage.

Honestly, that sheet shows nothing. It lacks too much context and is far too simplified to be anything but a collection of words. The differences between skills go far beyond just raw healing power and, well, so does everything else really. We recently had a lengthy(and remarkably unproductive) discussion on the matter.

    Amen!
I was thinking of something like shaman's from WoW........just something drastically different from what we have now. Would really be nice

Any new healer class will either be completely broken or completely useless.

Sheet amounts to pretty much nothing. It assumes the Priest always has things off cooldown. Mystic does fine and has much more simplified healing, ignoring the fact a good healer will utilize their kit properly to tackle everything.

Unlike dps, healing isn't all about numbers.
