need help labyrinth of terror celestial hill

I need help completing labyrinth of terror on celestial hill server, I've reached lvl 59 and am unable to find a party through instance matching as it doesn't allow me to queue up for it anymore my character is hrist.walkure

    get lvl 60 by killing bears and mugatos in val tirkai, then start doing lvl 60+ story line (you'll receive a scroll), hit lvl 65, forget about LoT.

    I understand the idea of doing it later or simply not doing it, but I would rather be able to do this now and potentially still be able to match up for the few instance left down the line.

    If you do Labyrinth of Terror now you'll hit 60 and won't be able to use IM for Ebon Tower, so you'll need help for that too

    This is why the game is dying. Many experienced players are leaving, and many noobs newbies comes.
    I wonder how did this guy even reached 59 lvl

    I soloed & used the instance matching system up to that point, the game has changed in order to push newer player toward the cap level, if I had no life, I could easily rush a character from level 1 to 60 within a day or 2, also I'm a returning player, last time I played seriously the cap level was level 60 and reaper was the new class.
