Actually, special achievements don't count for laurels...
It is possible, but highly unlikely...

Oh pls. they reduced the points for laurels this patch. Go get Souther Arun dungeones + drink 100 speed portion and dy 30 items, get those traveling, puzzling monuments etc
If you mouse over the progress bar, it will say "Special Achievement points don't count for laurels".

Bro the guy said "Extracurricular" not "Special". Extracurricular achievements DO count towards a Laurel. Those achievements include things like using Bandages or joining parties. There are exactly 75 achievements that are in this section and all of them count for points.
Yeah King. Actually why did I bring this topic is, I pt level 20 lancer with a bronze laurel and I was like....what? Tbh I got my bronze around 60~63...
