FF BAMs loot gone after first crash + cannot leave party/raid

so... we did a couple of bams before crash and now our loot is gone, plus we cannot leave/disband party or raid, we tried by forced relog but its not working.

no clue if this has been reported already, im just making a post fyi eme.

    I submitted a ticket, but posting as well to say this happened to our group as well.

    Today, CH was brought back up earlier than expected. We got online as fast as we could and killed some World Bosses. Then the servers crashed. When the servers came back up, all of the loot was MIA. I don't remember everything I got but I do remember the good things I got. I seem to be missing...
    4 Emeralds
    1 Diamond
    2 Pansophic Ash
    1 Dyad Niveot Structure
    1 Otherworldly Shard
    I would like all of the loot restored really, but if you can't I would at least like the above items. Additionally, now we are stuck in a party and can't drop from it. We are sad :(

    Had same crap with group on CH. Fixed when we all logged out.

    opened loot boxes - got two phoenixes. Killed two bams got some mats and 1 essence. Server got roll-back now lost everything. Not even EMP refunded. Sent in a support ticket hopefully I can atleast have my phoenixes back.

    Same on TR. People in global are also saying that they have used the "fix" and still get put back in the party. The "fix" is to attempt to IM, get into the IM, drop out, and wait for dropout to wear off. Multiple people are reporting they get placed back in the party after some minutes elapse.

    People who were in raids are claiming they can't leave the raid at all, which is exactly what happened to HH raids previously when the servers crashed.

    If you were on TR, I definitely saw you get those pheonixes lol.
