Even though this is true in principle, it is also part of EME's job as a publisher to forward feedback from their players to BHS. BHS does not accept direct feedback from players, even if they wanted to provide it -- it's the publishers' jobs to collate that. And, despite what people think, EME does forward the feedback... but, even if they agree with it, it doesn't get acted in the timeframe people expect.
People usually provide feedback about specific immediate issues with the current patch but, as you rightfully pointed out, the patch roadmap for the next 4-6+ months is already set in stone. So unless it's something that's completely in EME's domain to fix, it's extremely rare for anything short-term to change. Much more likely is for that input (along with that from other regions) to be considered whenever the next time that aspect is going to be updated on the developer's roadmap, which could well be 6-12 months from now. By the time the feedback is actually implemented, the original complainants probably moved way past that issue, and the final result will probably be a compromise of so many other people's feedback that you may not even recognize that your input actually did make it into the game in some small way. For example, I'd say this revamped gear system in this patch is actually the indirect culmination of a lot of forum feedback about the awakening system for years, and also feedback about the uselessness of crafting, the need for better gold sinks, and a lot of other things. So they did take in the feedback... but it entered the black box, went through a long development cycle, and then eventually came out the other side as a finished product that has other flaws.
So anyway, all this to say, there is some merit to your overall point, but it isn't quite accurate. People should send their feedback to EME... but, when it's something in the base game, they shouldn't expect any sort of short-term result, but everyone's aggregate feedback can slowly morph the game in some aspects over the long term. (And of course, sometimes, when our region's feedback is too sharply different compared to other regions... we get outvoted.)
Also lots of food talk here... If I hadn't eaten a pizza just a while ago I would be hungry by now
So far most of the devs from many games the only feedback they look at is $$$ and even sometimes it would be like they even dont care about that feedback.
We have seen EME forwading feedback from NA to BHS and sometimes we get good news and sometimes we only have nothing at all.

6 months between significantly big patches, like new class, gearing revamp and such. Not between us and Korea
Well if you mean that, then it's the issue on that other topic. Here, what Counterpoint was saying, is about the update roadmap in K-TERA and how far it's set on stone, nobody saying a thing about we getting stuff 6 months after. That's why it sounded irrelevant here. The 1st reply does take into account how long we've got this patch + how long new patches take to get here + how long between K-TERA's announcement and the update announced IN K-TERA hitting there, that's what he/she meant as far as I've understood.
...besides I just re-read the posts there trying to find anything about 6 month gap between us and Korea and... found nothing.
Sure you're not misunderstanding something in here? We seriously talking about the roadmap in updates, nobody saying a thing at all about being 6 months behind Korea, or is it me misunderstanding badly here?
i would be happy if they would bring back the content they have removed in the past 4 years.
...you still seem to be misunderstanding the difference between set roadmaps and our delays between K-TERA and NA/EU.
1st reply was a clear comment about how they ain't getting new stuff soon, so judging on how long they know beforehand what they'll get + how long till we get what they do, it equates easily to that 6 month time frame.
