Liberation system
Just suggesting this would be better if it was +4 stormcry isn't it? Its as equivalent as +15 oblit last patch, and its as hard, or probably harder to get to +4 just to liberate it. Anyways, +7 stormcry to get it liberated is a bit of overkill isn't it? Like its possibly gonna cost you 500k++ more from +4 per piece. Whenever +4 stormcry is the standard community on clearing dungeons now

Storm+7-9 is basically the Equilavant of Vm10+12-15 so its justified. I don't think many people are going to really care about libbing gear just to sell in this patch as it takes too long, previous patches didn't take too much effort to make extra gear to sell as you could pre-emptively get the mats before hand and spam enchant (ok you can now but you're missing out on bonus Gear EXP enchant bonus)
