Haven't played in 3 years, need some information

Hi, so I haven't played in a while, I played a few hours today and now I have a question :

So I created a new character for fun, went into BoL, dropped some sweet loot, but then I saw that it was enigmatic. Back in the days, if I remember correctly, low level stuff was not enigmatic, was it?
So now my question, HOW do I remove the enigma on it to use the stuff? Do I need semi enigmatic scrolls? If so, where do I get those? (I know this is some basic stuff, but I really can't recall^^)

    Hello. To make enigmatic weapons equippable, you may simply right click on them in your inventory. You don't really need semi enigmatic scrolls unless you are changing existing rolls on your equipment. Hope this helps

    Me either Z, not at first; wasted hours looking for anyguide on the current system. Anyone seeing this and having trouble removing Enigma. RClick on the Item and hold it for a moment; A pop up will appear and you will then be able to chose the effects of the items enchantment level. (Nov 2017)
