Can't Log into game [User Authentication Failed]

Well the title has the most part, but here's what happened.
I just logged onto the game around 20 minutes ago. Played for a few minutes and decided to relog because my cache was getting full. I restarted my computer and tried to log into the game again ( I log in using the Facebook shortcut ) and I get "User Authentication Failed".

Is there anything I can do to get passed this? Thanks in advanced.

So I decided to put together a list of countries that could not connect.

So far we have:
Spain
France
Singapore
Philippines
Australia
Uruguay

Will edit the list if it still continues.

    I guess it's a server error thing. I tried creating a new account to check if it was just my account, but to no avail. We're just going to have to wait then. XD

    I just logged in my Wife's Account on her Lappy it said User Authentication Failed. I logged out my account on my PC and tried to log her in but it still said User Authentication Failed then i tried logging on to my Account and it also said User authentication failed... What is wrong??? Its almost reset :/

    User Authentication failed... tried many times, i thought it was an issue with my account, i created a new account same error.
    User Authentication failed... now 2 accounts have "User Authentication failed"
    Submitted a ticket already... just waiting for response.


    based on this message, It's either we all fall under a location where we can't access the servers, or we did something not pleasant, all I did was join the RAID.lol

    Your account has been blocked for participating in or being related to actions that have violated the Terms of Service for an En Masse game.

    llevo 3 años ya para 4 jugando ,y nunca me paso, no creo entonces que sea alguna restriccion , y menos que haya sido por algo malo que hice, por que respeto todas las reglas del juego y no uso nada ilegal. soy de España Sevilla y juego con mi clan y son de Mexico y argentina la mayoria y tienen el mismo problema. ojala se solucione pronto.
