Having trouble logging in and purchasing EMP

Since the big server migration thing, I personally have been having the problem of trying to log in to tera. Every time I do it from the main website, it fails to go through in the pop-up window and it opens up another "login" in the pop-up window. If I try to log in through some other means, it just reloads the page even though it says "login=true". So I normally have to log in from some convoluted method---

But this is a huge problem when trying to purchase EMP. :^( It says "EMP cannot be purchased at this time" because of this error
A few other people I know have this problem and some people suggested trying a new browser because it worked for them, however I still get this problem.

I've tried disabling all extensions and using Microsoft Edge, Safari, Chrome, and Firefox and I still encounter this problem.

Does anyone know a solid solution ?

    I am currently having a problem just logging in to the game. The login pop up just refuses to show. I also cannot see the store at all right now.

    You're not alone---- a lot of friends have the same problem :^(
    The only workaround is to find a device that CAN login it seems
    But that's just a workaround so I wish we didn't NEED to use it

    People keep telling me to contact support, but it will not load. Nothing from Tera/enmasse will load for me except for the forums... So I can't contact support.

    Cant log into the game myself, the website seems fine on my end, but when i try to log in it says " login authentication failed" , even though i used the same info in the website... :'(

    I had the same exact issues lastnight, however they seem to have been resolved. You all should try to login now. I was able to, but I have not tried to play the game yet.

    @Pantyjack - I hope that you can as well.
