They have 4 ears. Why do they have two sets of ears? It just doesn't make sense.

    Lore says the animal ears are for listening to nature (and animals), while the human ears are for the other humanoid races.

    Design-wise, they're pretty much a "kemonomimi" and it's actually pretty normal. It is weird, but it's very much a thing. c:

    I believe the implication is the alleged lack of creativity - any idiot anyone can slap some cat (or whatever) ears on a girl and call it a day. You can do it, I can do it, I'm sure the OP can do it.

    Have you actually seen people with no ears? It looks incredibly weird. Same reason all animal eared girls have 2 pairs.

    Miqo'te in FFXIV have only the cat ears and they look nice.

    Uh, obviously anyone can do it... it's called implementing a style.

    Anyone can also stretch a humanoid's ear and call it Elf. Anyone can also add devilish horns on a humanoid's head and call it Castanic. Anyone can also turn a humanoid's body into a big, buffed, rock looking dude and call it Aman.

    Should we assume lack of creativity for those as well?

    That is the most disturbing thing to you? that is one of the biggest things I like in game, specially the rabbit ones, when they are giving signals. As a Popo I know those signals.

    The original design, combat, classes, races and lore of Tera is pure genius and not sticking to that actually harmed the game.

    Popori and Elin, no matter what we say actually so cute and feels refreshing, These two Race, specially with some players on CH dressing them or playing and acting makes my day.

    On the hand, Femani and Amani feels really amazing too, how good a demonic and masculine race they created.

    There is very little to complain about Original Tera and more things to complain about the Tera we have now.

    I am pretty very much sure at that time, giving Elins more ears and also a tail was way more work.
