Now check for these 6 files:
action.ani
Arrow.cur
Empty.cur
Hand.cur
IBeam.cur
Nav.cur
If any are missing, that's why you can't see the mouse.
If they are all there, go to Settings -> Control Panel -> Mouse, and mess with the settings until you figure out which one is causing the problem.
Example of setting you can try messing with:Hide Pointer while typing, or Mouse Trail, usually these 2 cause problems for people.
Tried all of that.
Hmmm okay....since you're posting i'm assuming it didn't work. Try this.
Go to:
-Terafolder-/Client/S1Game/Config, find and open up S1Engine.ini with notepad and find these lines:
[WinDrv.WindowsClient]
AllowJoystickInput=1
Once you found them, change the 1 to 0, at the end it's supposed to look like this:
[WinDrv.WindowsClient]
AllowJoystickInput=0
I've found that in Fullscreen mode, I lose my cursor. To fix, you can either switch to Windowed Fullscreen, or, if you go into your Windows mouse settings, turn off pointer trails (Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Options > (under Visibility) uncheck Display pointer trails) and that should fix it if you didn't want to use Windowed Fullscreen
