Just type: 
/chat Chat 1234

You can use /Chat or /1 to talk in the channel.

    Actually, Private Chat Channels are working.

    Their downside is the limit of 100 characters (not players.. so someone who joins on 10 alts is taking up 10 of those 100 slots) and they aren't persistent, so they don't survive server restarts/crashes.

    This is honestly a bad idea. If you are gonna have a private chat, only have it with people you can trust.

    There is literally no point to spread the chat code and password to people you don't know.
