Screen Shots Not Saving

Has anyone else noticed when using print screen to take a photo it only shows boxes in the chat and the photo doesnt save?

    - need full screen
    - when u use windows 7-10 the screens are saved in Images folder c:\users\[YOUR USER]\Images

    Ive nevr used full screen always full screen windowed. I was able to take pics and they saved to that folder before patch but not since.

    i also just tried will fullscreen and its still showing me boxes where it normally says the save location and isnt saving

    I am guessing it may have something to do with the patch that reset settings, but I will do more testing as well.

    Okay, so for me it works even after the patch, and goes to:

    C:\Users\<myUser>\Pictures\TERA_ScreenShots\

    But I wonder if, for people whose setting file was locked before or something, maybe it couldn't determine the appropriate folder. Or maybe some people have a permission problem and can't post there for some reason? Not sure...

    I don't think there's a way in the UI anywhere to customize that folder either, and the only way is editing an ini file...

    The boxes are like a font issue; I presume for some error message? I'll try another computer to see if I can reproduce there.

    What version of Windows are you on?

    I changed once the OS language and stopped saving them as the directory that was set as default had a different name now cuz of language, changed back and started saving again

    Same issue here. Every time I try to take a screenshot, a message that's just boxes comes up in game and no screenshot is saved. (Windows 10)
