Clarifying CU Start Time

Just out of curiosity.. May be a dumb question but I remember the start time for CU changing at some point around this time last year.
Does the time for CU start at 8pm est due to the time change last Sunday, or is it still 9pm?

    CU has started for me at 6pm PDT, maybe I could be wrong but so far when I change time zones on my clock it has always started at that hour.

    Because of the end of DST, I would expect it should start one hour sooner, at 5pm PST (8pm EST). It's possible that it's messed up for some reason and won't do that... but pretty much everything else moved back one hour.

    ^ from my past experience with the last time change, CU starts at 8pm EST (winter) and 9pm EDT (summer) assuming they have not made any adjustments this year.
