    riperino me
  • Still no idea whats going on going to try one more fix
  • I've been having the same problem all day, in fact i posted something in Bug Reports, but I haven't got any answers. I hope this is fixed soon, I take so many screenshots and I'd be so upset if they don't fix it and I cant take screenshots anymore.
  • Had same issue, fixed it with changing in the printscreen destination
    C:\Users\patchnotes(or whatever was written there)\Pictures\TERA_ScreenShots\ into
    C:\Users\<myUser>\Pictures\TERA_ScreenShots\

    Tera - Client - S1Game - Config - s1engine file (ScreenShotPath)
  • Beware of banhammer.
  • i find this funny how this is brought up now. my screen shots haven't worked in almost 2 years. cause i could never figure it out so i always gave up and used snipping tool from windows menus to work around that.. but it was a pain when need to do it now cause miss the chance to snap at times depending what it is.

    Sorry if this seems a dumb question, but did you actually type in your user or did you put ">myUser<" exactly?

    Put your username there. You should usually be able to find it if you open c:\users in My Computer to see what it is.

    I had the same issue and I fixed using the same folder as usual. (In my case, I did not create a new folder)

    1. Find the file in Tera folder: TERA\Client\S1Game\Config > file S1Engine.ini
    2. Find the line "ScreenShotPath:" > my was written something else, that's why I was getting error to save it.
    3. Update the patch and save (mine was C:\Users\my user\Pictures\TERA_ScreenShots)
    4. Open Tera as "Administrator"

    full patch line:
    ScreenShotPath=C:\Users\your user name\Pictures\TERA_ScreenShots

    Could it be that the TERA client is not running in administrator mode for some reason? It loves causing issues with dealing with different file locations than it's own folder in Windows 10 if not admin. mode.
    Just a guess, but maybe worth checking.
