Dragon Passive Bug

Draconis Rex and Dragon Master the two passives gained from the dragon mounts are currently bugged and will not activate for the Valkyrie class. So far it seems this only affects certain players and only on specific bosses. The one boss that it for sure doesn't work on is RK-9 in RKNM.

    i think this is player based. people's dragons will randomly stop working, even though someone else on the same class can still use their dragon.

    it is unclear when you'll unbug your dragons, but giving it time should usually work

    From what ive seen there seems to be a bug with dragon procs and dungeon servers. If you proc your dragon in open world before doing a dungeon, it will not proc in a dungeon server for x hours. However this seems to be fixed for that character on the following maintenance, so this bug only happens for the first week potentially per character. not sure if this is true but I think it is. Maybe @Halrath can do some testing to confirm it?
