    While the reason isn't exactly weak- I think do BHS is being stupid because actually fixing the bug and releasing this dress in other regions would net them a lot of money. There's a reason it keeps popping up in threads. I, personally, would drop literally 100 dollars to buy copies of the nondyeable and/or lootboxes of the dyeable version. I think quite a few people would do the same.
