It's less about everyone getting the buff and more about that it prompted people to memeslash since they had an even lower CD on dreamslash. Happened on FF CU.

I really enjoyed it, and I'm saying this even though I got far more killed than I've gotten kills. If it was truly so annoying for you, well cheer up cuz next week everything's back to normal^^
Well I can see it as unfair since it destroys the balance on the classes, the balance has to take in question also the CDs but when they get screwed, it's also screwed.
Tho I would really not dwelve too far into this, it's just a rare event that happens so it can be fun to be insane like this, kinda like April's Fools bear vs penguin CS last year (or when was it), that was so epic and nonsensical at the same time, but would have gotten old if it was prolonged.
