Problem with Refined Elixir

I have researched and found I need to kill 10 brutal teraliths to get the refined elixir, it says armor of 417+ and I have armor 427, but the vanguard missions are not appearing. What am I doing wrong? any help would be greatly appreciated...been a while since I have played.

    Uh, do you mean Island of Dawn quests? With the recent patch changes, the ilvl requirement has been bumped up. EME has failed to changed it so it shows the proper requirement. 417 was definitely last patch's requirement; I'd guess that this patch is 431 - which would be like full twistshard armor (upgraded guardian).
