The elin only outfit, the one in the $250 bundle, from my understanding, is not dyable, while the ones that EU TERA and Ktera have for all females, are dyable. If i put both in a balance, the dyable one has more weight, hence, not worth spending $250 on an elin only costume that cannot even be dyed, and is not as good looking as the dyable one.

I KNOW RIGHT!? ;~: surprise it not a costume at $100 mark like always but maybe they change it up this year? i man rng is super painful on tera

I think it probably would have been the $100 mark if this were just TERA, but it seems like this year they are really trying to push the cross-game promotion. But also, it seems they've decided this one is going to be the ultra-rare, even though it's not dyeable, since it's going to be a seasonal-exclusive (the way blackheart weapon skins were). The other version will probably just be put on the store as usual (with the dyeable one in lootboxes).
  • I think I will stick with my walmart dresses lol. if someone does sell one of the 250 usd reward dresses on the trade broker, how would they price it? do they factor in the 250, or do they go with what a rare item would average cost? then those that got them by buying loot boxes, if they spent 100 usd in boxes to get 1 dress, how would they price it?

It's basically whatever the market will bear; there's no actual "price" for the costume, just the rarity of it. The people still have the EMP as well, after all. For now I'm guessing it'll be priced extra-high hoping to find people with extra gold to throw away.

I guess what im saying is, how do people determine what they sell loot box items at in general. do they factor in the cost of how many lootboxes it took before they got the item and then the cost of each lootbox?

It basically depends on if you're the first to list or not, and how quickly you're hoping to sell. If you're first, I'd start no less than $250 equivalent just in case there are any takers. Otherwise, you just watch to see what it's selling for. Pricing based on what you paid is useless if others are undercutting you, unless you're hoping to just wait until everyone else sells out (which, with a costume like this, could well be a strategy).

If it were me, I'd probably wait 4 months to list it.
