    Only before the event started -- between the time it was announced and the start time. I'm pretty sure they've never changed it after it actually started and people started buying/using keys.

    Edit: Yeah, in February it was adjusted 30 minutes after the initial announcement the day before the event even started. But not after the event started. After it starts, it's too late.

    they need to add dismantling gear back into the game again. why take fodder runs away from us??! if ppl want to grind in dungeons for gear we should be able to dismantle it. there are constant drops of gear in my runs esp leather that no one can even do anything with. thanks en masse for making the game even more grindy. some ppl work jobs too but would like to enjoy the end game gear...
