in fact i do need more the CDR roll, since i can cancel pretty much a lot of my skills to cast grim strike faster.
Pretty much all classes on this game, is a ping-based class, as all the skills are just registered server-client, not client-sided. Their sole difference is having a difference on rotation and etching, like I'd use keen etching on top of enraged rolls instead if I'm a reaper on that situation. I am a 250ms based reaper, but I don't get that problem. Since I have that "thing".
I have to disagree with that, I know some other top reapers having a better ping than I, those who are on NAs, and they arent even using such rolls, I still fully know the feeling of the low ping reaper as you know, if you're in that "certain group" of individual, you'll know what I meant. I just get alot of ghosting/desync in return, by having that LOL, but, yeah I disagree, I can tell that you aren't freestyling the right way if you pretty much can't use your skills too much and having troubles with cdr, not unless, you dont have double energetics, that will therefore make sense that you are having trouble in CDRs, yes, it might give a problem without a double cdr, but IT IS still manageable by adjusting your rotation based on what asp/cdr you have. I am argueing this as I never see cdr top roll beneficial and you'll lose dps than what you will actually do.
Top roll CDRs, are just simply, making your attacks slower, okay, you have a better CDs, but you won't use them at their full potential at most, since you are pretty much stucked with some animation lock, hitting in the back timing, not using them off-cd, by this "Cast grim strike faster" idk what do you specifically pertain into that, it could be that you can cast it faster by going through all your other skills in an instant and EVEN cancelling them, or you're unaware that grim strike/whipsaw should be casted fully, or you lose more than half of its dps. Don't lose your mind in grim strike, not because its the top priority skill does it mean you are pressured to focus solely to grim strike, theres alot of *pre-requisite* to make grim the top.
By that arguement, I lack alot of information to analyze to fully explain what or why is the problem as you may think top cdr is better. Idk whats your glyph/gear/other rolls/rotation/understanding about the cancellation that I may have misunderstood honestly.
Set aside that -- I am just trying to explain to whats the best out of my knowledge, in the end, its all in your decision. It won't hurt me or anybody. Do what you enjoy or you think better?
