I understand that the pink weapon skin and costume will be awarded to elin gunners reaching level 65 only.
However, do I have to level a gunner to get the level up rewards, or can it be any class?

    you only get the items on an elin gunner, that's what the promo is for

    Rocket your new gunner to max level before Tuesday, January 2, 2018 and you'll receive a permanent, event-exclusive Pink Will Suit and Pink Arcannon! And along the way, you'll get reward boxes containing gems, a 15-day looting pet, a 7-day elite status voucher, a permanent Snowdrift mount, and much more!

    Log into any character between Thursday, November 30 and Friday, December 8 and receive a free character slot item.
    (1 free slot per account, up to a maximum of 18 characters per server.)

    ah... I c now, they mean you will get reward boxes that don't require a key to open, but basically are just regular loot boxes you can buy from the store. Hmm, snowdrift, let's see... was available from santas through xmas in 2015 ... cool cat. Is it worth leveling a 2nd gunner? IDK, personal choice I suppose. There is the unique challenge of trying to level the fastest way possible, probably just dungeons and baby battles. lol. I guess the free slot is pretty good incentive to give it a go. Maybe I will like it, ;#)
    [personally, I would not be upset or offended if all elin characters morphed into Donald Trump clones, lol; or simply vanished, but... cute little girls are great and we should want them to feel positive about playing Tera]
