    I redownloaded Tera, when was at last download ( i think ) , downloaded 29% and stop using internet(rcs rds fiberlink 1000 1gbps) what should i do?

    Do you see your hard disk activity went busy or just idling? Make sure you have at least 77 GB free space as suggested.

    Run Tera as Administrator and check if a firewall or antivirus is not blocking certain files regarding Tera, add it as an exception, after you checked what is said above.

    If you're getting an error page when going to to the support page... that could be indicative of a larger problem with your connection, more than just TERA.

    It says DNS lookup failed in your diag, try changing your dns server or check to make sure there's no incorrect entry for tera in your hosts file.
