Level Up Event - Elin Gunner Only?
Will any character leveling get reward boxes or just elin gunners? Haven't seen a post from a Mod or Spacecats in regards to what can get them. Thanks.

It's an event that covers any player not level 65. It would make no sense to have a leveling event for just gunner being specifically open to elins now.
They named it as Elin Gunner leveling event so..
They had a Valk level up event also but my other characters also received rewards.
You should have a box in your item claim. If you didn't get it yet, I would restart the game and the launcher to see if it then shows up.
You won't just get it automatically on your character for hitting a certain level or whatever. You have to start by claiming the box in item claim, and in there there are other boxes for the different level tiers.
Well, for what it's worth, the event itself doesn't actually give any extra EXP this time, and even when it does (as happened during the recent Extra Life weekend) it doesn't show up as a buff. If you used an EXP scroll, a buff icon will probably show up but it'll be hidden in the extra buttons group (so you have to mouseover to see it). If you want to know if you're actually getting double XP, it's something that can be tested. (Unfortunately, though, it's not something that's called out in the chat log.)
Well, I do know for sure that there is not an XP booster for the event. I'll try testing on a non-Elite account just to confirm what should be shown in that case.
Edit: Might you be referring to the "Sorrowtree Blessing" you get on Stepstone Isle? It's a buff that allows you to be resurrected on the spot and restores your HP/MP, but it doesn't affect your XP. It does kind of look like an XP Boost icon, though. You'd lose it automatically when you leave Stepstone Isle.
Edit 2:
The one on the left is the Sorrowtree Blessing that you get by default on Stepstone Isle, and the right is the 100% XP Boost icon. But that doesn't explain why the boost icon isn't showing up for you.
I really think they should put a warning before Elite members use an XP scroll because of this issue.
Edit: Actually, there is a way you can see this happened. When you login to the character, check the log in the General chat tab, and you should see something that says "Increased duration of 100% XP Boost (7 days)" or whatever. That means that the scroll is in the queue to be used once the current buff expires... and the buff will never expire as long as you have Elite turned on.
Actually I have elite, and on my Elin Gunner I used a buddy up code. The 30 day 100% exp boost does show up, and I noticed that I do level hell of a lot faster with that activated even on elite status. Also the sarrow tree buff has always showed up for me as well on elite status. Also, if you have elite status there are 2 different lines of buffs that show up. One shows all the elite buffs, and the other one shows all the normal buffs.
Buddy up exp boost is different from Elite's, though, that's why you see it and they stack. What @Arwen used is the same type of boost as Elite, and it works as Counterpoint said.
Yeah, that's the case. Buddy Up is a special kind of boost because it's in a separate category that stacks with everything else. Unfortunately, the regular XP Boost scrolls are in the same group as Elite, so don't stack.
(Honestly, I think at this point they could make them stack and it wouldn't hurt anything.)
