Master Glyphs

Hey there, due to some speculation today and eavesdropping, jk guild chat, so there is this debate about master glyphs.
Q:
- are blue the master ones ?
- I have all the glyphs that I can buy with tier 3 IOD tokens, why some skills have green glyphs (the top corner)?
- main question, gunner rolling reload master glyph allegedly supposed to have 50% chance to reduce cooldown, instead of 35%;
- is there a way to further improve glyphs or the actual stats of master glyphs ?

    1. blue aka rare aka master glyphs
    2. you can get those green ones from vanguard glyph tokens or from loot boxes
    3. it used to be 50% but was nerfed to 35% long time ago
    4. when you hover mouse over glyph you see all possible glyphs (stats, glyph points). so basically if you have blue glyph it's the best you can get.

    If you are missing non-master glyphs, you can get them from VG shop. If there isn't a blue glyph, but only a green--or it's still locked--check that store. The tokens look like US dollar bills.
