How can I fix the mount texture bug

Brought the Eclipse mount bundle, however the texture is off. Does anyone else have this bug? Is there a way to fix this? Need your help, please. ;-;

    Both a game repair and removal of mods, if any, would be the only solutions we as players can do without any staff intervention. If those don't work, then a ticket would be the only way.

    I can't see the wings' coloration of some of the mounts. No idea how to fix.

    Yeah I've tried repair the game, but doesn't appear to have fixed the issue.

    Yeah I've done a repair already, I'll remove the mods and hopefully something will happen.
    Placing in a support ticket was always my second option, thank you for your time and help. :3

    Hi! I had this exact same issue and I sent in a ticket about it. In the end, nothing really worked and I was told I should try reinstalling the game (which I haven't been able to try yet since the first time i downloaded TERA it took 3 days ._. )

    I have this problem too and I think it has something to do with a video card capacity.

    Maybe, probably, could be related to video card memory? Are your video cards 2GB+ of memory? Is that memory DDR5? DO other things also lose textures?

    Quickest test for memory issues would be to drop the texture resolution slider from max to mid or less in the options window. Then restarting the game to see if the textures display. If not even that works, then the issue is bigger. I have a laptop with a GTX460m (which means it's much worse than a desktop 460) and tera runs with no texture issues at all.

    That explains why my mount wing texture was broken. I have a laptop with HP 4400 GFX card with 1GB or something and I have an issue with mount wing texture. It kinda sucks.
