my enmasse main account is real old I also have founders and elite and have subscribed to others of their games and am a founder of one of them too and never got an email either :thinking:

It can also sometimes be the case that they have promotions that target certain categories of players. For example, it's possible (but I don't know) that this "homecoming haul" one might have been trying to target people who'd been away from the game for a while so they'd come back (hence "homecoming"). They sometimes do other promos for dedicated players, founders, people who've spent money on the cash shop, etc. -- whatever criteria their marketing software can spit out.
