  • I mean, I'd settle for that new CS mode and a FWC with nothing but carnage. Throw in Dreadspire for those who PVE. I understand that the full new server event is unlikely to happen, but some of those things they're doing with it sound amazing and should definitely make their way here.
  • I just remembered. If EME is part of BHS and therefor part of Nexon, why cant they get the license from them to release these absolutely amazing looking costumes in our region?
Did EME even attempt to get them released here?

Rua's dress would never come to NA tera.
One that is part of Nexon's Devcat's Mabinogi game, and NA nexon is greedy, if you want something from them BHS has to pay a lot of money.
However, Korea is hosting BHS's tera, so they would make things left and right to their games. Also, if you want nice clothings, check out mabinogi, or should I say fashionogi, they have a lot of cute outfits ._. Sometimes I wonder if the old outfits in tera were copied their designs.

I honestly would like an answer from EME, the behaviour they have given to the community is garbage.
The events we have are a joke, and honestly a lot of things needs to be fixed and done. I don't get why EU is doing so much better than us. EME [filtered] up is when they had tonka leave as a community manager. He made good events and actually knows the game and plays it, he also actually hosts pvp stream WHERE HE UNDERSTANDS THE PVP. So many things needs to be fixed... but will we ever get what we want ? Nope. And that is how EME might lose their player base to EU Gameforge. FIX UR [filtered] AND LISTEN TO THE COMMUNITY!

That could hurt someone's feelings you know :/

I like how they're calling it an international server. This, from the same people who lost their marbles over steam giving EU players an easy route to the NA servers and got steam to stop letting EU players come to the NA version.

    Anyway, it looks neat.

it's a job, they're getting paid to do it. i'm sure a paycheck is more than enough to soften the blow of someone's hurt feefees because customers are unsatisfied with their performance. if they're mature enough they'll take it as inspiration to step up their game, not cry about it.

FWIW, this isn't really the main issue. At the time when the old community team was here there were 3 community team members dedicated full-time to TERA (and multiple production team members), including one just specializing full-time on events. Now, there's 1 person shared between TERA and other games, overseeing all community team activities. If TERA still had that kind of staffing, they could have someone who understands PvP, and so on. The problem isn't any one person. The problem is that top management doesn't have or isn't investing the resources to meet peoples' expectations.

(And, well, they didn't have him leave. He quit the industry entirely to pursue another field.)
  • I wouldn't mind this EU event if it came here. I also like the Fraywind and CS changes, though for the sake of it I'd like to keep the original versions as well. It would be nice to have some new things...fix the Alice dress so we can get it...maybe that other outfit someone showed. '

I'd like some other events, mongos isn't bad, but honestly some things to entice people to stick around and bring us all together. I think there is a lot we'd all like to see done. I just wish EME could get BlueHole to listen and give us more of what we want/need.

    This.

That would be great event! I'm up for it but if there said something about rewards that should be rewards. No chance on them. NOT CCB. Not pots and not nocts that we can pick ourself in any amount we need.

P.s and not loot boxes. No one likes. this trash.
Give to the girls dresses or mounts pr pets as in EU. Or this is impossible to actually reward for real...?

So how do we get our voices heard by upper management, considering the community manager(s) barely even listen or respond to the player council members? :unamused:

    Lmao this.

Time to download tera EU again.

I guess I would ask the question the other way: if you were able to get their attention, what's the elevator speech that will sell them on both the problem and the solution?

Sam Kim and various BHS people actually do check the forum from time-to-time but it's really hard to separate the true issues from the "whining." Not to mention, there's dozens of different opinions about what the most crucial issues to solve are and how to solve them, and the vast majority of the issues people complain about are really BHS problems. For myself, I try to focus on things in their control where both the problem and solution are easy to articulate, but everything still has to be prioritized (and they have to agree).

Should also note, they're still trying to hire and onboard more people too, and that's been part of the problem as well. When you're already going insane and can most use the help, it's also the time when you have the least time to find/interview/train them.

Well as a player council member, haven't you brought up issues that are better communicated than our "whining"? I've talked to player council members who have made active attempts at suggestions for pvp rewards, events, and have gotten completely ignored. PVP is dying, it's not hard to tell that only FWC pops, and that is an issue when there are multiple battlegrounds. Has EME updated the battleground calendar for December yet?
  • The excuse that we cant do anything without permission from BH is total crap, if BH gives GF permission i'm sure they Eme the same options, because why wouldn't they, Eme just uses that as a fall-back for not wanting to make the effort. I can under the being short of personnel , but why are you short on personnel, because you are putting all those resources on Kritika/Closers and there Mobil games that's why. Because there is no reason for BH to give GF more autonomy than Eme, there is just no reason, especially when Eme has more access to the core game system than GF does , and if BH didn't want Eme doing things then they would put the same restrictions on GF, because it's still their game. So Eme using the same old excuse is bs. Yeah I understand that GF has stepped their game up a lot and the reason is because they chose to put the resources/people and thought into doing good events to pull players back to EU servers, and I thinks it's working tbh, you can't tell me that GF can do a temporary server that lets u gear up with perks then let u transfer all your lot to your home server and Eme can't do the same thing, because i don't wanna hear the same crap about we can't do that because BH said no bs. So in my opinion the only reason reason why GF is making Eme look like s%$t is because Eme is just going through the motions at this point and doing only the bare minimum, because that's their choice and they are not going to put anymore resources/people into NA-Tera at this point not sure if that was a BH decision or joint decision tbh.

We need more than event to revive the game, just saying I like events, you know me, but we need a more stable content to revive the game. and only class awakening is not the answer to that.

Each event, each patch brings activity to the game then game gets quiet, beside dungeons, there is nothing to do really.
