I am pretty sure such a big event has to go through BHS to get it implemented on the main servers. You can do whatever you want on a test server though.
Well they managed to get the Hello Kitty stuff released here so anything is possible.
I doubt Nexon NA has a say in it though. If anything Nexon KR prolly isn't too happy with Nexon NA after the Hyper Universe fiasco.
EME should should try their hardest to get this costume somehow. It looks miles better then anything else that is released lately and is something i would actually get EMP for in an instant unlike the rest of the mediocre costumes that have been released lately.
Alright. I’m gonna be blunt. BHS/EME do not care about us. NA is a profit machine and as long as they give us a gimped version of the Korean version, they know that p2w whales will shill out for a reskin of a costume we got 3 years ago.
While it’s nice to hope that we will get fun events, you’re getting your hopes up for nothing. EME can’t even give us a correct dressing room or the rest of the fashion coupon items that we’ve been asking for for years. Asking EME for anything is like asking a blind person to paint a picture for you. They’re unable to do anything. They have just gotten progressively worse with interacting with the community. After Tonka left, at least Danicia would lie to us and say that she was passing along info. Now the CM/GM’s just basically don’t comment on anything because they’ll be making promises they can’t keep. It’s nonsense.
EME does not even give us the time of day to fix matters they DO have control over. Why do you think we’ve had such bad lag? Tera is probably being hosted on the old Club Penguin servers for all we know. We’ve been fed so many promises that have amounted to nothing. The only people left at EME are people that don’t care about the community, but the paycheck itself. That’s why Tonka, Minea, and others have quit; they knew that the way things were going, their management wanted them to ignore gripes the community had, and just to pretend like the BHS gods were delivering “awesome new patches, full of content.” This is how we’ve ended up with the staff we currently have. Incapable of communicating properly or getting their job done efficiently.
It’s sad to say, but there probably is nothing we can do. The only way we can raise attention to ourselves is by not buying EMP anymore, but it’s not like we can even control the whales. This is also assuming that BHS won’t just go off and shut down the servers because they’re dissatisfied with the profit being made. It’s sad really that there is no conceivable way to fix this problem because we’re dealing with a company that does not care at all what we have to say. lol

Changes on EU servers come from one guy, Atmorph (hes not CM). He is person that equalized skyring premade for us once (April 2016), created SCEM and now DSU Extreme. But hes also a guy that refuse to equalize skyring premade again (100 threads about this on EU forum) or to remove Combat Accelerator Potion when you enter inside battleground (20% CDR, unlimited mana, Tera EU only).
Basically, hes a nice guy, that e-r-p with Tera EU PvE (whale) elitists and create new content for them. He also ignored most PvP changes we requested during past year. I talked with him regarding CS 30v30 and we both agreed that will fail. But FW change (10v10, faster games, more fps, less knockups,...) sounds great and he will hopefully add this on live server after event.
