Gold spammers

So the same gold spammers can just sit on the server 48+ hours and spam constantly despite being reported hundreds of times by players....what is the reporting system even do other than just there to make players feel like they did something? pathetic lol...does anybody work for EME or is just break time all of the time?

    I never see gold spammers on TR, MT or LoT and I often play 13h+ sessions.

    Haven't seen any spammers since a long while. No idea what they do with them. But if they exist and reporting doesn't work, no idea what we as players or the forum staff can do about them either, since reporting is supposed to be the most direct way to get staff to know about disrupting behavior in game.

    I just saw one right now on CH on the Area chat of Velika.

    They are an endangered species, they are not completely dead because you can´t exterminate them all, but its damn hard to find one on TERA.

    Ban this bot as soon as possible though, EME. You have made the game clean of bots, better keep it that way.
    Its name is Xunshensxx, a lvl 11 Human Female Warrior.

    well they are in velika and use only area channel

    You should see other MMOs, TERA by comparison has a surprisingly low amount of gold spammers and botting issues. You should also try and inquire about working for an actual game company. You might find yourself busier than you'd imagine.

    Tera do have some gold spammers there just really rare when see one If you guys that remember back couple months or maybe less ago there was gold spammers on trade globe and area and trade have not realy see any sent then maybe 1 sent or 2.

    Gold spammers in Wildstar? Extinct.
    Gold spammers in TERA? A very endangered species.
    Gold spammers in RIFT? Soon to be extinct.
    Gold spammers in Blade and Soul? An invasive species that has gotten out of control.

    Literally, gold spammers are very rare in every MMO I play. Sadly, the same cannot be said of Blade and Soul. While I haven't played it, judging by the reviews, I probably am glad I stuck with my big trio of Wildstar, TERA, and RIFT.

    This depends on popularity of the game, they're usually more active here when new class/content are released.

    This is very true, when a new class is released you tend o see a couple in area chat spamming, I have only seen one in Tr since ninja patch though, so hopefully they have disappeared already.

    I'm also glad gold spammers are a rare sight here in tera. Aside from all the other faults that pushed me away from BnS, gold spam was one of the more annoying, with these guys sending friend requests by the hour and hoarding most chat channels. I really hope Tera never goes to that level, which should be recorded for a "what not to do when making an mmo ever" tutorial.

    In BnS, sometimes they even like spam whispered you (yes, whispered specifically to you) to the point where you wanted to put your own thumb through your eye.
