Buying EMP for Character Transfer
For the past 4 nights (and during the daytime hours for that matter) I have been trying to buy EMP both in-game and on the enmasse website with no luck. Every single time (probably 25 times tried in 4 days) it gives me an error code of 800. There is no listing for an error code of 800 in the list that is provided for FAQ about error codes. I'm trying to transfer a character and would rather not take an entire month to get it transferred. Am I missing something? Is there another way to transfer a character other than purchasing EMP and using that to pay for the transfer?

I had such issue for a month once. Then I tried to find out but seems those who created this system cannot explain why this happens. They were keep poking me from bank to to another bank... Then I dropped idea for two weeks and it passed itself.
After three tries (may be even two) antifraud system blocks card for a while.
P.s. Also iirc matters if you had payments before. Your payment should not look -weird- for the system. I mean this.
Write a ticket to support. They helped me to look why payment doesn't go.
