    Trade broker, maybe. Otherwise, you can farm them from IoD BAMs, if you're lucky. Just remember you don't usually need semi since you can choose the lines on your equipment the first time.

    As for the tokens, right clicking on them is usually how you use them.

    vanguard merchant sells entropic emblem boxes for 200 credits, each box contains at least 16 emblems, 1 semi = 28 emblems.
