LK Gate
Hello!
I joined a party in progress, and Lilith was at 50%. When i arrived at the elevator, i was stopped by a gate. It wasnt even far enough out to prevent me from getting damage.
I'd like to think there is a really good reason for them to add a stupid wall like this into Liliths Keep, because it allows users to join but not to participate in the fight (Priest was present). Or they could just block IM as long as the fight is going on. As far as i remember the gate wasn't always there.
Reminds me, they removed the snake in KD, so if you try to get into the arena (without a priest inside) you end up getting stuck behind invisible walls. It just looks like they didnt put much time into this.
But im curious, whats going on?

The guy said he was stuck because of that gate and couldnt join us, so he left the party. I felt bad for him.
BUT THEN, the tank, that was the lead of the party, started recruiting, and the next guy that entered couldnt join us either... I even told him, "why did you recruit if you knew the guy couldnt come down?!"
Man i felt really bad for both...
Those are called manners, something that most people don't encourage in this game, sadly, and later those people you will see are crying because they dont have people to run content.
True that, and unfortunatelly there's a lot of people that dont have them.
I wouldnt have followed the tank if i knew there was a gate up there, i would stay out and let the tank figure out what to do.
I assumed there was only one gate near the boss and that i could pull the guy inside e.e
You will get to know the dungeons as you play hem, after that you will know what will happen in some cirscumstances.
Maybe even the tank didn't knew about it and thought the other player was trolling, but it never hurts to ask him first if he is comming and wait a little for him if he answers.
I wouldnt know in that case cause you should be downstairs already.
How could one know that there's a gate up there by "play them" except if you get behind and people start the boss?
And i tell you, i've run that dungeon A LOT of times and didnt know. There was only that one isolated time, its not that common.
I always wait for everyone to get to the entrance of a boss, even if I can pull, as i like to rebuff everyone too, cant say for the others in the party that like to go ahead and not wait.
Even if he thought the other one was trolling, yes, he should have asked him first, i know i would have done that before running in.
SSNM and SSHM also have 2nd gate near where the teleport spits you out. This prevents priest from pulling, and prevents you from zombie-ing the boss. This was also possible in RMNM/RMHM by glitching the gate to stay down.
