All servers are up now, and it seems Federation Bill shop has been updated as below;

But I do not see any change in Fashion coupon shop. What is going on? @Spacecats

    There are items double-listed in the Fashion Coupon shop at the moment. I'm assuming this will get fixed shortly.

    It's being updated now that servers are back online. It's actually a manual process, so you'll see items added throughout the morning until everything is in there.
