What the hell?
Ravenous Gorge (3-Person) Now only gives Silver talents, Kalivan's Challenge only gives golden talents, and Shattered Fleet only gives Materials.

TR - Golden Talents.
If you're going to change the dungeons that people actually play ATLEAST put them into the bloody patch notes.
Genuine salt with a purpose because silver talents are now more difficult to get because they only appear in 2 dungeons instead of the 6 that they were in. Accounting for the fact that you can run them multiple times you are looking at a solid decrease in gains for Silver Talents.
Let's take RG for example. Since it's now Silver Talents only, I did a RG run just to test the amount that you would acquire. In the dungeon I got 3 single silver talent drops from the first and second boss, and on the final boss I must have gotten lucky or something because I receive 2 x3 silver talent drops and 1 x2 silver talent drop. One of my guild mates did the same dungeon and only got a grand total of 9 silver talent drops in the entire dungeon. Unless you EME submit something to BHS to make it to where Silver Talents when picked up EVERYBODY GETS IT and you don't have to freaking roll for it because this is absurd. I can see this change reducing the player base from an already declining player base.
Now I don't want to engage in any "game is dead" arguement but Tera as of right now is declining slowly in the amount of people playing. I've already had a couple of friends quit Tera because of the excessive grind.
Either Revert the dungeon changes or Amp up the drop table of silver talents because this is stupid. My brain actually hurts from every single stupid decision that has been made in the last few patches.
On the note of stupid changes, what the hell is with the 3-hour crystalbinds? Nobody is going to use those things with the fact that the 12 hour crystalbind, that is easily acquired from the IoD, or stupid cheap on the broker, is going to outweigh them in efficiency.
Holy moly PLEASE actually think through your decisions. There is absolutely no incentive to run LK and SF anymore because they don't drop the talents that they did prior. The materials that were dropped in the dungeons beforehand dropped in excessive amounts giving people a immeasurable amount of annoyance trying to clear inventory space for the blasted Elite consumable box.

Best meta is to do iod 60 VG points for 10 bams , so when you get 200 VG points you can buy emblem box to get 1/2 a silver ...
oh forgot I don't depend on silver drops any more, I just buy from players but now I guess they're going to charge a fair price of 900g for 1 silver talent

Note you actually ONLY get 1 or 2 silver talents per dungeon in the past (low tier). Multiply the amount by 3 and you get about 3-6 if you did one of each low tier dungeon (KC/SF/RG). This patch ISN'T meant to increase/decrease the amount of materials you get in dungeons, but to consolidate the mats in a centralised route, although it might be a double edged sword. (LK and SF is gonna see less play because not many needs mats at this point in time). Gearing will be more straightforward and you don't have to do all dungeons if you only need accessories/gear mats
Following the same logic, you should be able to get 3 times the amount of golden talents (essentially 20-25) per KC run. This allows you to be more specialised in the dungeon you are running especially low tier dungeons since they are usually not done for any achievements and other things.
Yes, actually with this change that we don't know if its intended or not we can get the materials we need faster and dungeons have more reason to be queved than before.
However there will be always people to think the worst about somethings that change and don't bother to see that there are only advantages.
Anyway, if this change was intended then EME or BHS should have to inform about it so the players can choose how they are going to spend their time in-game rather than figuring out again what is the best way to make progress.
I do not mean to start a fire of any sort, I do just want to mention that in the game currently, the dungeons when you try to instance match, there are now only 2 dungeons that give a specific item(in this case, silver talents.) I don't know nor do I really care what Ktera has at the moment. I am more concerned with why changes were made to the game and nothing was made of note. No News post. No Patch note mention, hell not even the player base noticed for quite some time.
RG and KD currently are the only dungeons that offer Silver Talents. Tested RG, but couldn't get into a KD, and found that the change did happen. Only silver talent drops, no materials for enhancing, and no golden talents. You can get 5 if you're lucky within these dungeons, but as I failed to mention in my rant post is that I was receiving anywhere from 6~8 silver talents every other run. Doing dungeons that my guild enjoyed doing to get both silver and golden talents. However, with this unnoted change, now it's even more boring to play Tera.

More specifically, Nexon releases Talent Boxes to purchase with EMP-equivalent currency . . which obviously what NA TERA doesn't have but EME literally forgot to make an alternative. K TERAis able to live off players buying rng-looting Silver Talents from these p2w Talent Boxes . . NA TERA just doesn't have that alternative -- hence why you should care what K TERA has and NA TERA doesn't to make the argument even more solid as to why dungeon drops should increase or not . . what EME should have done during the Black Friday event was to add Golden Talents and Silver Talents to the loot table, which would have at least hotfixed the situation a bit . . ! i mean, i saw tons of players pay to get something good out of it . . not that i know if they did or not :thinking:
For example, i've seen system messages that read a player got 2000 Silver Talents as jackpot from these p2w boxes
As for the lack of proper notes, i think i've already noted in the comment above : either 1) improper changes noted by BHS, 2) insufficient check from EME testing their received build pre-patch by running every single relevant dungeon and checking the drop rate (but is it reasonable though?), or 3) both.
Also to add, i did a 4x RG group yesterday and i am sure i received both Golden Talents and Silver Talents . . i'll double check in about 1 hour if you would like to wait . . !
