[IDEA] For changes to the Elite Complete Crystalbind

In order to avoid both sides for those who don't want a permanent Elite Complete Crystalbind for their achievement grind and for those who do, I was wondering about making the Elite Status Complete Crystalbind into a noctenium fusion type of item to where you can enable and disable the permanent effect. It will also show the glowing square effect around it whenever it's enabled. This will avoid all the argument from both sides and it will also be cool to see the shield effect of the Complete Crystalbind item being gone around the character too to how it previously was before today's changes.

    I think everyone wants this kind of solution but it just wasn't available. Hopefully BHS agrees to program this feature, as it would resolve the issue.

    Remember to ask to include the feature where the Perm CCB effect DOESN'T GET TURNED OFF just because you've logged out.
