Quest log popped up and now can't get it to go back down

I have tried everything to make it go away but it won't so what can I do?

    I was trying to track my available quest and the quest log will not go down

    with the tracker you don't have something like say mini map in the similar area ?
    maybe try moving the tracker to another area of the screen away from anything (including in front of NPC's and other players) and then try to re close it clicking on the toggle , and then put it back in to its position on the screen
