Death/Revive Bug Anyone Else?

As I was leveling during the first patch of elin gunner, On my rookie mystic, after i died a couple of times, I was unable to revive, Clicking the revive button from Accept or Decline was not working, and even if someone revived me i could not accept, this happened pretty much every dungeon i did.
Just wondering if it was only me.

    O console technical test had the same thing use scroll of resurrection on a person did nothing
