Support Ticket - Its been 10 days, no response?
I created a ticket on May 27th, and have yet to receive any sort of acknowledgement or response from anyone.
Its a sensitive case, because it involves real money that I have spent in game..
Does anyone know how long roughly this will take? It does suggest that they would get back to me within 7 - 10 days, but as I have already mentioned, that deadline is up.

The days informed are an approximation, depends on how many and complexity of the tickets that people send
How do I get to the live-support option? I never noticed that when I made my initial ticket.
if I remember when you create the ticket with billing issues and the live support is up will be a option when creating the ticket.
Unless they removed it ( long time i dont use it)
If it is true that they had a big lay off recently, they need to get their act together - very quickly. Considering the fact that they do allow real money purchases in this game, they should have at the very MINIMUM a 12 hour support team, every day that answers concerns.
Ill update this post if anyone is interested when/if I get a response.
