Support Ticket - Its been 10 days, no response?

I created a ticket on May 27th, and have yet to receive any sort of acknowledgement or response from anyone.

Its a sensitive case, because it involves real money that I have spent in game..

Does anyone know how long roughly this will take? It does suggest that they would get back to me within 7 - 10 days, but as I have already mentioned, that deadline is up.

  • Something they dont answer tickets on weeked only monday-friday they could be behide on the tickets as well if and see that yours with money it could be tommorw just have to wait and see.

    If it involves Billing, you always can use the live-support. otherwise you will have to wait.

    The days informed are an approximation, depends on how many and complexity of the tickets that people send

    I created one on the 26th and still waiting too, while my issue is not as sensitive since it doesn't involve money it still is kind of a big deal... They probably have been really busy and the current response time has always been more like a guesstimate... I've had tickets reviewed a day or two before the "deadline" or sometimes a day or two after, guess all we can do is wait.

    if I remember when you create the ticket with billing issues and the live support is up will be a option when creating the ticket.
    Unless they removed it ( long time i dont use it)

    EME only has an intern who works part time on support now so no more live chat. JK but they did do a huge lay off recently and live chat has been no more for a while now.
  • I see.. Okay, thanks for the responses everyone.

    If it is true that they had a big lay off recently, they need to get their act together - very quickly. Considering the fact that they do allow real money purchases in this game, they should have at the very MINIMUM a 12 hour support team, every day that answers concerns.

    Ill update this post if anyone is interested when/if I get a response.

    11 days here. Unfortunate since the issue was kind of time sensitive and now I'm wondering if there's any point in them responding. Also wondering how angry I'll be if the response is "Sorry, we can't help you."
  • I feel ya, dude. I'm a little aggravated. My life is not going to change over losing $20, but Its a big [filtered] off.. $20 is good gas money, you know what I mean? haha
