Min stats for reapers to do

As the title says whats the min stats required for reapers do to well in Demokron and Dreadnaught also should i focus on grabbing a certain amont of crit factor or 190 is enough for now?

    Go mixed crit set, you should aim for around +200 crit factor at least.
    If you're still new to the class, google redstrike's reaper guide on essentialmana and start from there.

    As a reaper you want at least a total of 250-260 crit (minimum), and optimally around 270 before you'll start having a reliable crit rate.

    As for your question about "doing well", it's highly based on the rest of your gear, rolls and very importantly rotations and player skill level, so you'll need to ensure that not only your gear is good, but as a player you are too.

    For Crystals im using 4 Green Keen While red is Bitter Slaying Forceful Savage. Blue is 4 Anachic as for rotations yeah i check out essentialmana for the rotations though i seem to mess up when im doing Sundering when the boss skills pops up
