Leveling Event
At the risk of sounding like an idiot, I have a question. The elin gunner was my first leveling event to ever participate in. I reached level 65 a few days ago, but have received nothing in item claim. Is reaching level 65 the only requirement, or am I completely missing something? Yes, I've relaunched multiple times. I contacted support already, but checking here, as well, since I have not heard anything back. Thanks!!

Explain there what happened and if things are the way you said then you didn't receive what you should have got, maybe you only got the temporary costumes and mounts.
Yeah, this is the case. Each account got a reward box in item claim, and as you hit various leveling thresholds you can open the subsequent boxes until the final box at level 65. So you don't get an automatic reward at 65 this time around -- it's in the box.
"Rocket your new gunner to max level before Tuesday, January 2, 2018 and you'll receive a permanent, event-exclusive Pink Will Suit and Pink Arcannon! And along the way, you'll get reward boxes containing gems, a 15-day looting pet, a 7-day elite status voucher, a permanent Snowdrift mount, and much more!"
I received none of these, nothing in item claim, etc. I leveled up my new elin gunner to 65, and still did not receive a box in item claim. So, that is correct or not? I submitted a ticket already, but still waiting on their reply. Just checking here to make sure I'm not misunderstanding the way this works, as it is my first time. I guess I will just wait for them to reply, and hope it is before the event ends on Jan 2.

I for sure have not received the items in the list above. So basically, if I am understanding correctly, you are supposed to receive a box in item claim at the beginning, open it, then as you level up you receive boxes with these itemsas you go along? If I would have know better, I would have contacted at the beginning instead of after completely leveling up. Thanks again for your help everyone!

maybe silly questions but .....
are you on more than one server ?
you only get one box per account not per server or per elin gunner you make
the box was called "elin gunner rewards box"
and was able to be received from item claim on any character (even by mistake)
are you totally sure you haven't by accident removed it to another character by mistake ?
if you have and find it , its meant to be bankable
as you lvl and the box lets you open it when it gives you whats in it it will also produce the next box and that's how the continuing boxes arrive after the original
No. It's a series of nested boxes. So you open one box and it contains rewards...and another box with a higher level requirement. The last box opens at 65 and contains the permanent stuff.

I do have characters on other servers, but this is my only gunner. I haven't played any of them since the event started, as I was focused on leveling up my gunner. However, I will check to see if I randomly signed onto one, and claimed it without thinking, although I do not believe I did. But you never know! Thanks!
