Can't right click to duel anyone?

I've never been able to duel because of this, checked the keybinds but found nothing, anyone know why it's not working.
(Nothing comes up at all.)

    if they're a ninja and transformed you can't interact with them that way. same if you're a ninja and transformed. that might be the issue.
