Tera Launcher
Why does the Launcher fail so hard all the time? I have to open it about 10-15 times every time I want to play because it keeps closing for who knows what reason.
It pops up and the Launcher goes white which I assume is it trying to load the Log In screen. After about 10-15 seconds it closes the launcher. This happens all the time.
If the Log In Screen actually does load, I have about 10 seconds to input my credentials before it closes the Launcher.
Never will it save my information even though I click the checkbox all the time.
After I try a billion times, It finally succeeds in logging me in and letting me play. and It never closes or has another problem until I close the program when I turn off my computer. I have left the launcher running all day before and been able to close Tera and come back later and hit the Play button and it will go. But getting it to this point by having to battle the Log In Screen is just pure frustration.

2. The Login server is with some kind of connection issue
If you have that kind of problem frequently, you should check your connection or... I really have no idea what else it can be.
If you feel comfortable posting that here, or sending it to me via PM, there's also a good chance I can figure it out using that, but otherwise send it to Support and they'll be able to read it.
I get this too
but I only get it when my internets running a little slow
at different times of the day I seem to get different up and down speeds and when speed id good I can have other things running in the background using internet data
when its not so good I have to stop these other things or launcher wont open
things like windows checking or doing updates to web surfing or just downloading stuff
so I mostly leave the launcher open now
Besides that, I'm from Europe. So I was routed to a wrong node also. I could fix it by manually putting the correct login IP into the hosts file. Uhm .. that was very long ago.
