Elite Renewal

Did anyone else's elite not renew? For some reason mine did not renew and I was able to get the 10.99 promotion and I would hate it if I could not get that price again because a bug happened.

  • It happens rarely. Just send in a ticket and let the gm know about your discount rate. The discount will be applied when you are ready to pay again.
  • You will not lose your discount rate. Just mention it on your ticket and the GMs can verify it in their system.

    Response from CobaltDragon on my ticket:
    "You should be able to simply re-purchase from your end and still get Elite Status at the discounted rate.
    It might display $14.99 at first, but as you continue through the process, you will be able to confirm it will actually charge the $10.99 price."

    You could just go to live chat. I believe they still use it for billing and account related things.

    Live chat no longer exists. It was removed a while ago (including billing and account related issues).
  • Haha, good luck with the support staff.. Sending a ticket I guarantee will take longer than the "estimated" response time.

    I sent a ticket on May 27th regarding money I spent in game, and still have not heard back. I was told it would be 7 - 10 days.. Im guessing it will be triple that.

    Still have the 9.99 rate.
  • I thought it was just me :anguished: Mine didn't renew last weekend and I had to resubscribe. I did send in a ticket but I'm not too sure if I'm going to get the $10.99 rate.

    Mine didn't renew on paypal and manually renew got error code
    Then switch to CC renew in the same day still keep the old rate
  • alright so I just purchased elite again using paypal and it showed up as sending 14.99 to enmasse but my preapproved payments in paypal still say 10.99. Hopefully they will do a difference refund if it actually charged 14.99. I cant wait 7-14 days or possibly even longer to get back elite.
  • Same thing happened to me. My automatic elite subscription did not renew at the $10.99 rate. Put in a ticket 5 days ago . Still waiting for reply. I refuse to pay the $14.99

  • Same thing also happened to me my elite didn't auto renew still waiting for a response from the ticket i sent in i had the 10.99 price so when i renewed it charged me 14.99 what a croc of poo.
