    They removed the credit system. You no longer earn credits from those factions.

    You can't earn credits anymore. They removed that feature few patches ago.

    At lvl 65 you will get all the basic stuff that you need to progress in the game (weapon, armor, accesories...).

    I think the only ways to get the stuff that was put on those stores now, is through broker. Some items specifically don't drop/exist anymore. I don't know if there are other ways of obtaining stuff like the black costume from CS.
    If there's anything you want like the gold designs, I think those are available on the former Fashion Coupon store, if I'm right on what you want.

    If you mean the golden gear skin you can get it from fashion coupons, I am not sure about the black versions.
