EME, anything you can do to bring back pre-nerf open world bams?

Title. I really miss the days of the lowbie pre nerfed bams. Maybe still not difficult, but it was much more fun when leveling a new toon....as opposed to 30 second fights....loved it so much more when you actually had to learn how to dodge them instead of brushing it off like nothing happened.
