Instance Matching Changes for Faster Queues

For none endgame dungeons, players should be given the option of choosing any role composition for their parties. Since Priest/Tanks are generally rarer in the lower levels and not needed we shouldn't have to endure the hour long queues just to get matched up with them if we're playing DPS. There need to be an option where it'll match you with any 5 roles that also chooses the option or if there happens to be enough role diversity queue up at the moment for the ideal role then so be it.

So if a DPS chooses this option then they'll most likely be queued up with a party of 5 DPS since there is more DPS players/roles out there than healer/tanks. As such this should decrease the queue time drastically since anyone who checks this option before queuing up will be randomly put together or the first 5 to queue up will be put in a party of 5 and thrown in the dungeon regardless of their roles/classes.

As for endgame, keep it the way it is since healers are generally a must have in endgame dungeons.

    My idea is u can queue all your char in account the same time. When one pop out u switch char

    This would be fine for vets, but getting matched up in a 5 DPS party in GL or SSG if everyone's new would be a disaster.

    There should be option in IM that, player can choose 1 or 2 heals in party. For example, DF is harder to find tank than healer. ssnm is harder to find healer than tank. In both case, if we have 2x healer, it's going to be easier to clear than whip and disband.
